SIMEAS Q is a compact, cost-effective power quality recorder and has been developed to provide full-area monitoring of power quality according to EN 50160 and IEC 61000 standards.
Functions:
• Recording of electrical quantities
• Suitable for monitoring of single-phase power supply systems and 3 and 4-wire three-phase power systems
• Recording of limit violations
• 2 binary outputs for energy pulses or pulse on voltage dip
• Transmission of recorded values via various communication channels (RS232, RS485, PROFIBUS DP)
• Link-up to PLC systems
Application:
• Recording and evaluation of electrical quantities in power supply systems on the LV level up to 1 kV rated voltage.
• Acquisition and evaluation of electrical quantities in power distribution systems on the MV level up to 35 kV rated voltage.
• Acquisition of all relevant measurement data for evaluating power quality.
• Monitoring of power quality in terms of applicable standards.
