7SG17 relays provide thermal overload protection of motors or static plant for all in service conditions.
Features such as overcurrent and earth fault provide back-up protection for the motor and connections.
Relays have four current inputs and are housed in E6 or E8 cases.
Integrated logic is provided to allow the optimal configuration of relay functionality with the relays analogue/RTD inputs and binary input/output circuits.
Protection and instrumentation functionality is accessible via the data comms channel - a fibre optic or RS485 port is provided on the rear of the relay.
