The SmartVO is a valve-only version of our industry leading SmartTrak line of mass flow controllers. Each SmartVO control valve provides rapid response to control signalchanges and operates over a wide pressure differential range. All models are electromagnetic proportional control valves designed for use in closed loop flow or pressure control systems. Ideal for on/off or partial flow control of air and process gases in ranges from 0 up to 1000 slpm, SmartVO valves consist of all wetted materials, aluminum, 416 and 316L stainless steel, the devices accommodate most clean gases, including corrosives. For flexibility, provide your own control circuit and power supply, or we offer a complete valve control circuit package with power supply included.
