DESIGN
* Construction entirely machined in aluminum Fortal STS or stabilized cast iron and recti ée.
* Guidance is ensured by two rails cuts 12 out of stainless recti are interdependent of the basic sole. On these rails a carriage assembled on four shoes with balls with scraping joints moves, having each one several circuits of recycled balls
* Coe cient of bearing weak and constant, necessary for the rectilinear transfers of great races, 1500 mm maximum.
* Wear reduced for a great utilization period approximately 20.106 meters traversed
* Rates of travel until 600mm/sec.
* Accelerations of more than 1,5 m/s .
* Temperature of use between 0 and 70°c.
* A brake with power failure 24VCC can be gone up in option (in end of screw or on the engine)
* Engines step by step or Brushless, can be gone up on this range of slides.
* The transmission of the movement is ensured by ball screw the 2-4-5 or 12,7 step according to the required performances speed. The thrusts of N of race on proximity detectors are built-in.
* Connection on rapid hardening DB9 or left by press packs for more severe environments.
* Protection of the guidance system and transmission ensured by a static stainless steel carterisation.
* Static PU protective membrane, particularly resistant to water, greases, hydrocarbons and many solvents.
* These motorized modular slides are designed to be gone up in table XY
