DESIGN
•Steel or stabilized and rectified cast iron construction entirely machined.
•Guidance is ensured by two rails cuts 20 rectified interdependent of the basic sole.
• On these rails a carriage assembled on four shoes with balls with scraping joints moves, having each one four circuits of recycled balls
•Coefficient of bearing weak and constant, necessary for the rectilinear transfers of great races, 100,300,600,800 mm (others on request).
•Wear reduced for a great utilization period.
•Temperature of use between 0 and 70°c.
•The linear motorization authorizes a rate of maximum travel of 30m/mn with an acceleration of 10 m/s ². The embarked load can go up to 80 kg
•The repetitivity of positioning is ensured by a rule of measurement.
•The thrusts of end of the road on proximity detectors are built-in. Connection is carried out on an internal connector block with exit of the cable by press packs.
•Protection of the guidance system and transmission ensured by two bellows into PURE.
•These motorized modular slides are designed to be gone up in table XY.
•The engines could be cooled or not according to the applications.
