MEMS vibration sensor SQ-SVS series

The SQ-SVS Vibration Sensor do calibrated averaging vibration measurement with analog voltage as well as digital series outputs. As acceleration signals are naturally fast, they need a fast sampling and heavy duty measurement process. The on-board RMS calculation offers a slow moving output which is simply calculated by a slow mechanism which monitors the average level of vibration.
