The LB-Magazine is loaded with productivity enhancing features designed to minimize downtime, simplify maintenance and virtually eliminate make-ready time between magazine runs. The LB-Magazine straps up to 42 bundles per minute and uses 5 or 6mm strapping.

Easily accessible tabletop
The bundle handling device hinges out of the way, providing quick access to the tabletop and strapping head.

Fully accessible strap path
Conveyors and strapping guides are easily opened, enabling jam clearing in less than 20 seconds without the use of tools.

Adjustment-free strapping head
The strapping head’s adjustment-free design eliminates the need for special feeler gauges and tools which are commonly required to tweak other strapping heads during operation.

Quick make-ready time
The LB-Magazine can be adjusted for a new magazine run in minutes without the use of tools. The unique, independent bundle adjustments can also be set and fine tuned during production runs.

Patented automatic cut-off and refeed option
The LB-Magazine can be equipped with our patented automatic cut-off and refeed option which automatically ejects misfed strap, rethreads itself and continues strapping without requiring operator involvement.

Patented, jam-resistant technology
The LB-Magazine is designed to deliver the most jam-resistant technology available. Its unique design enables the LB-Magazine to continue cycling in situations that commonly cause strap jams in other machines.
