Modular strapping head SIGNODE

MODULEX S is a compact version of the well-proven heavy duty MODULEX compression strapper. It is a cost-effective model which features those properties which are also essential in sheet plant operations and load forming behind jumbo-type converting machinery. High machine availability and low cost of ownership are the major features of MODULEX S.
Depending on production levels, MODULEX S can be supplied with one strapping head and one strap chute system or with two strapping heads and two strap chute systems. It can be supplied in two different frame sizes, 1800 and 2400 mm wide, to take into account possible space restrictions or larger load sizes.
Bayonets cater for pallet loads, fixed bottom chutes can be included to enable strapping of bale loads. Materials handling modules include press conveyor, entry conveyor, turning cross and centraliser in different sizes and configurations.
