The MD-VR strapping machine provides high speed and perfect reliability, for operatorless operations and high production packaging operations for instance in the domestic appliances or automotive industry where security and reliability are the first priorities. The vertical positioned strapping head is movable to provide accurate strapping positioning on packages with different sizes and guaranties an optimum on tension-and joint strength precision. The MD-VR cycles up to 35 straps per minute for high throughput packaging lines, and uses 9mm to 16mm Dylastic polypropylene or TENAX polyester strapping.
