MD-3000-TRB

The MD TRB is an operatorless palletising machine designed for applications that require the strap joint to be positioned on top of the load. It is also ideal for extremely short pallet loads. The rack and pinion compression system provides high acuracy of pack compression. The MD-3000-TRB can use a range of polypropylene or polyester strapping from 9 to 13mm.

MD-3000-TRB FEATURES

Variable height strap feeding
Strapping head descends to pallet, enabling even very low height packs to be strapped with high retained strap tension.

Rack and pinion compression system
Provides high accuracy of pack compression %u2013 adjustable from 5000 to 10000 Newtons. Additionally, fragile products can be strapped without compression.

Advanced MD strapping head
Offers a host of operational advantages for maximum uptime, industry standard reliability and minimal maintenance.
