Description

Testing, adjustment and calibration of all types of pressure measuring instruments 3 in 1: Vacuum, low pressure and medium pressure calibration exact setting in the mbar range thanks to ultra-fine thread pitch and large-volume regulating valve tool-free changeover between overpressure and vacuum generation Whether for on-site use in the workshop, in the measuring and test room or lab, SIKA temperature calibrators can be used everywhere. A wide range of industries and various application areas are covered. • assembly, commissioning • manufacturing, production • maintenance, service • quality assurance, test equipment monitoring • repair Practical The test pumps and pressure generators are developed so that all pressure systems to be tested can be adapted directly. The DUT is simply connected via the robust, industrial pressure hose with quick coupling and the adapters supplied. The reference sensor is mounted directly on the top of the pump using a positioning adapter. The desired test pressure is first generated by means of the handles and then precisely adjusted with the fine adjustment valve. Thus, the same pressure level is present at both instruments. The pressure relief valve allows a stepless pressure reduction and ensures a precise and easy test run even when the pressure drops. At the most basic level, the pressure is indicated by an analogue pressure gauge. In addition, easy-to-read digital pressure gauges or hand-held instruments can be used.
