Silencer for vent and blowdown systems

Relaxation valves are among the most met noise sources in industry. The attenuation of these sources requires a particular design of the silencers; SILEO thus developed the "SHOCK-LESS" concept, based on its know-how and its industrial experience with valves manufacturers. In addition to reducing the noise, this concept allows to :

*decrease vibration risks, piping constraints and tiredness ,
*limit the valve's erosion, allowing durable sealing in time,
*improve the valve's regulation and lifespan,
*reduce the valve's size, as well as pipings and supports size,
*in most cases, avoid insulating the pipings with an acoustic heat insulator when pressure level's limit is about 80/85dB (A) at 1m

Thanks to a better staging of the differential pressure in the valve, the total noise level is reduced, as for the noise radiated by the line. Our computation software helps to choose the diffuser's configuration, to optimize the valve and pipings conception and to guarantee a noise level limit.
