The equipment takes up less floor space than a tunnel dryer, a rotary furnace, or other solutions. The treatment chamber does not contain any mechanical parts, doing away with problems to do with lubricating moving parts. The product is constantly agitated by the vibration and is less likely to agglomerate.The product flow speed can be adjusted when stopped by actions performed on the vibrating motors. The treatment is usually applied to small thicknesses. This equipment requires almost maintenance free. Only the unbalanced motors require the same maintenance as standard motors.
