DFM4 series Flow Meters SINGLEs DFM4 flow meter provides reliable monitoring and alarm functions for optimizing temperature control processes in plastics processing, chemical and die-casting applications. For applications that use water as a temperature control medium, the system monitors the throughput and measures medium temperatures of up to 200°C. Used for applications with oil as a heat transfer medium, the flow meter measures temperatures of up to 350°C in different measuring ranges. Operated in conjunction with injection molding machines, the system monitors the throughput of separate circuits in multi-circuit molds. This standalone system has special benefits because it works without moving parts.
