LINEAR Series SIRIUS ELECTRIC

The wide product range offered by SIRIUS ELECTRIC, a company specialized in the construction of welders for thermoplastic materials, includes the hot blade welding machine LINEAR series, which is well-known for being solid and reliable. Designed and manufactured using state-of–the-art technologies, it has an outstanding quality and a high capacity. The rapid and precise movements, basic requirements for hot blade thermoplastics welding, characterize this series. We have various models with different dimensions of the heating plate:

400x400 mm - 500x400 mm - 600x400 mm.

The mechanical and electrical solutions adopted assure optimum working conditions with extensive adjustment possibilities, consequently making this welder suitable for a wide range of welding applications. All the movements are carried out on tempered and ground bars, with sleeves with re-circulating balls. The welding cycle is controlled by a microprocessor, using a programming panel with a back-lit display. The heating temperature is controlled digitally with temperature alarms. The whole working zone is protected by wide doors thus providing an optimum access for adjustment and maintenance. The hot blade welding machines LINEAR series are available in pneumatic version or with an oil-hydraulic unit.
