Complete production lines are the way to a solution of complex integrated production cycle. Production lines can combine operations such as cutting, marking of products, drilling, bending etc., where input materials are not only tubes, but also open profiles with different shapes and steel bands.
The production line is controlled by a central control system, controlling all operations. Complete production lines usually include punching, cutting, marking and bending units with hydraulic or pneumatic drive, roll and pneumatic feeders, different types of manipulators, hydraulic aggregates, safety elements, optical and induction sensors and control systems with the ability to run programs for different products.
