HPMR-A- Hydraulic punching machine with tooth belt and servomotor - CNC Automat

It is suitable also for big batches and for tubes with bigger number of holes. Only for same size holes and also for different pitch holes. The extending adapter and the centering of tube before each stroke reduce the size of deformation to minimum. It enables easy feed and it makes the punching of tubes with low material quality and with big manufacturing tolerances easier.
The difference in comparison with HPM-M type – programmable automatic feed, the possibility of programming of pitch holes, hydraulic clamping, whole cycle of punching is automatic.

Contains:
- Special punching unit with automatic centering of tube before each stroke
- Extending adapter (controlled by hydraulics) with die
- Positioning of holes – with linear measurement and CNC
- Automatic feed - driven by electric motor a tooth belt
- Clamping of tube – hydraulic clamping jaws
- Complete hydraulics including electric circuitry
- Control panel – it enables programming of punching and saving of programs to memory
- Optical sensors – they check the length of tube and beginning of the punching
- Conveyor with infinitely adjustable height
