The shot-blasting type SUPERCRIOJET "," CRIOJET "and" CRIOJET J / M "are automatic and semi-automatic and suitable for the treatment of cryogenic deburring of pressed in normal and silicone rubber for large, medium and very small size Diameter pieces from 4 to 250 mm.
The effect of smear is obtained by projection of spin on the pieces that shot, rolling on the drum, exposing all surfaces of the abrasive action.
Variable speed turbine and basket Temperatures between -40 and -130 are obtained by injection of nitrogen.
The system is installed within a thermally insulated box suitable to maintain continuous operation even at very low temperatures and minimize the dispersion of frigories from outside the box.
These facilities consist of:
- Internal frame version treated for low temperatures
- Special containment drum pieces
- Grit recovery and cleaning system designed for low temperature
- Screening of waste disposal
- Turbine projection grit in special version
- Filter and fan running special
- Box insulation with low volume and special fire
