Temperature controller for hot runner mold

The extremely compact M-series controllers type M-20U, are presented in multizone cabinets from 32 to 120 zones according to the dimensions and the disposition of the power cards. The LCD with a white/blue backlit display and an integrated keyboard make use more friendly. These cabinets are generally controlled either by a laptop or by a touch screen PC, running the Win'SISE software.

The M-20U cabinet has out of standard all top-of-the-range functions :

The MoldScan option allows to analyze theparameters of the electric heating elements (installed power, the temperature increase, resistance value of the heating element, etc.) It shows in real time a diagram about the temperature changes and setpoint for a selected zone.

Applications
The M-20U controllers has been specifically designed for applications with a higher number of control zones within the mould. The power of zones is combinable by module of 8 (Example : 48 zones 16A or 96 zones 5A, or 16 zones 16 A and 64 zones 5A) thus allowing an optimal adaptation to the mould to be controlled.
