Sistem teknik tube bright annealing and normalizing furnace has many features. They have an automatic loading system with a charging table. There is an Entrance purging section and roller hearth furnace. It has an Interface to cooling zone with Slow cooling section and Fast cooling section. There is also an Exit purging section with a Discharging table. It has an Automatic unloading system. Maintenance requirements are very low. The construction is gas tight and High grade stainless steel centrifugal casting rollers are used. It has a controlled atmosphere. The maximum temperature can be 950 oC . It is also equipped with Level II automation system including product tracking. Oxygen and dew point measurement at several points can be undertaken.
