Directional control valve
SKF Lubrication Systems Germany AG

  • directional control valve SKF Lubrication Systems Germany AG
Directional control valves are used to regulate the flow of lubricant e.g. to break a centralized lubrication system down into two or more lubrication circuits (channel control) and to switch between circulating and intermittent lubrication zones.

The following criteria are used for the selection of directional control valves:
* Switching function of the valves (2, 3 or 4-way)
* Pressure range of the valves
* Flow rate of the valves
* Fluid:
- oils with lower or higher effective viscosity,
- greases up to NLGI grade 2.
* Power source: pressurized air and electricity

Valve data are classified in accordance with:
* hydraulic and mechanical parameters
* electrical parameters
