LubriLean DigitalSuper is a minimum quantity lubrication system for internal MQL. The systems allow the aerosol amount to be controlled individually by means of the machining tool PLC. It is therefore particularly suitable for use on machining and turning centres.
The DigitalSuper2 device is suitable for use on machining centres with double spindles or turning machines with two turrets.

Innovative aerosol generation, combined with a high-performance integrated control, ensures a continual and optimum supply of oil during the machining process, also with low air pressure or where the cross section of the cooling lubricant passages are small.

DigitalSuper is also extremely user-friendly. A standard Profibus interface, which corresponds with HPC specifications, means the unit is easy to integrate in only three steps and also makes upgrading easier. DigitalSuper's comfortable interface provides a PC-based and machine-independent facility for system diagnosis.
