Crest-to-Crest Wave vaults can be pre-packed and thereby reduce the vault rate in equal amounts as the number of twists. These are ideally utilized in applications that need low-moderate vault rates as well as huge deflection with low-moderate pressures. Its unique structure ensures that the wave crests remain unfazed and does not need a key tracing tool or insertion of shims across independent vaults. Since the vault is in-built, the wave peaks can remain intact. Additionally, this system aborts the necessity of helical pressure shaped vaults and accommodates almost one-half or lower the axial area. Moreover, the Crest-to-Crest Wave vaults maintain similar pressure and load parameters of a traditional circular wire vault with the benefit of decreased and small-spaced functional, individual and stable lengths.
