This type of system is used when large quantities of material should be continuously filled. A fully automatic operating system, which can be supplemented with all filling methods (above and below bunghole filling, below and above surface filling), can often be very beneficial for this type of installation. The filling process can also proceed completely enclosed, by equipping the system with positioning and aspiration systems. Herewith, highest operating safety is gained - the filling system can therefore even be used in areas of potentially explosive atmosphere (Ex-areas).
For this type of filling machine, we offer two basic configurations: Filling systems for canisters / buckets or filling systems for barrels / cans. According to the required performance, the installations can be equipped with 1 to 4 filling devices.
The line filling systems are expandable with an empty container suspender, an automatic empty container supply as well as conveying and palletizing systems for filled containers, according to the customers\' needs.
