The cast film line machine manufactured by SML has an automatic thickness controlling unit with a fast die gap adjustment. This device is equipped with an automated core and a roll handling system. Also, it has distinct winding and inline slitting solution for the 2", 3" and 6" cores. In addition, the cast film line machine is incorporated with an edge encapsulation die, an inline edge and a bleed-trim refeeding component that is operated by the means of the flake refeeding, also called as the regranulation.
