Stainless steel self-aligning bearing unit SNR

Stainless steel bearing units are used, amongst others, in sectors featuring high-component corrosion resistance requirements.

In these sectors characterised by demanding operating conditions (such as high relative humidity or direct contact with aggressive environments), the conventional grey iron self-aligning bearing units are no longer suitable and will not fully meet the requirements.

To satisfy the specific operating requirements, SNR proposes an extensive standard programme of stainless steel self-aligning bearing units, which also meets the USDA H1 standard criteria dictated by the pharmaceutical and agri-food industries (notably, the high-purity level of lubricant constituents), as all SNR stainless steel self-aligning bearings are exclusively filled with a grease complying with this specification.
