Description
The SB-80x4A-aS/3S series is manufactured by Soco, and is a booster bender that is utilized for the automotive applications, which has machines ranging from O.D. 50 mm to 130 mm. It is based on the DGT Technology concept that is integrated with control software, which has a rack pinion feeding.
The unit has a side positioned bending head and carriage, which has an elongated pipe bending neck. It has an electric servo controlled axes with centralized greasing for sliding areas. It also has an early mandrel extraction and automatic mandrel lubrication, which has a touch screen interface with industrial PC.
