Description of the operation of the machine:
The machine has as a function to crimp a tube on a kneecap (the finished unit is a steering rod assembled on travelling train). The parts are crimped three by three in order to ensure the cycle time.
The tubes are separate and brought by a conveyer partly lower of the machine, they are rectified by manipulators and are introduced into the tools by the lower part.
The kneecaps are distributed by a vibrating bowl on a rail, then they are taken again by three electric manipulators and are introduced into the tools by the top.
The manipulators are fixed on the higher powder, they make it possible via a position control to place the kneecaps at the good height according to the present campaign.
The finished parts are evacuated towards the back on slopes by means of these same manipulators.
