This ESCA 936 MAT cross-cutting machine from Sodifa. It is suitable for slitting fiberglass rolls on the operator's desired widths. It also cuts strand mats, woven fabrics, prepregs, and synthetic fleece in a standard width. The machine provides no stocking of slit material which provides cost reduction due to little stock quantity. Furthermore, the machine can come in various widths down to 50 mm, has a 400v 3 ph tension, and measures 1.30 m x 0.85 m x 1.35 m.
