SOLEMS low light solar cells are directly converting any light into electricity. They can supply DC current to low consumption electronics : watches, calculators, measurement units, ... and other technical products shown in the "applications" section of this website.

- Thin-film solar cells from 0 to 200cm².
- Excellent sensitivity under low illumination, even artificial light
- Ideal for indoor use, but also suitable for outdoor use under sunlight, with additional climatic protection
- Glass substrate, 0.5 to 2mm thickness, rectangular shape
- Operating voltage : 1.5V, 2.5V, 5.5V or another on request
- Applications : low consumption electronics : CMOS circuits, LCD, watch movements ...
