The GSM/GPRS is a level alarm, which is manufactured by Solid Applied Technologies. This product offers its new model, the GaugerGSM. This model is an integration of an ultrasonic level sensor and GSM cellular transmitter. It is applicable for remote level monitoring applications like underground city sewers, unattended diesel tanks at remote sites, rivers, waterways / water reservoirs, irrigation channels and grain silo farms. The GaugerGSM contains following levels such as empty tank level, full tank level and three pre-defined intermediate levels. It also indicates fuel theft and tank refilling state for improper level rate changes. This works for overflow conditions and change in external dry contact state.
