Description

Bell style furnace under monitored environment is perfectly suited for a wide range of treatments to include Carburizing - Carbonitriding - Annealing - Brazing - Nitriding - Nitrocarburizing. The technical specializations of this furnace include 50 to 1000 kg load weight, 300 to 1100 mm height, 400 to 1100 mm useful diameter and 1050 degrees maximum temperature. The quenching fluids include polymer, water 200 degrees oil or salt of 450 degrees. The maximum configuration applies to a wide range of quecnchng tanks and treatment furnaces and the peripheral includes oil separators, washing machines, tempering furnaces and salt recovery and the manipulator can ordered as completely automatic, semi or manual. This furnace ships with a long list of advantages to include all types of quenching and process fluids, easy integration into existing work processes and can be adapted at any time in line with evolving needs, easy to operate in fully or semi automatic, no loos of time when switching processes and instant availability to the start up and the highest quality combined with top notch performance.
