Tapping unit SOMEX

- The leadscrew assembly is permanently lubricated in an oil bath. Simple installation of leadscrew assembly by removing
4 screws at the front of the unit.
- Front and rear stroke adjustments are accomplished with 2 screws which are located at the rear of motor drive housing at the tapping unit GEM8.
- An integrated safety device protects against excessive start-up cutting forces.
- Adjustable motor housing 4x90°.
- Variable spindle speed combinations through interchangeable push-on pulleys. See speed selection table section 9.
- Quick-change adapters AD-00 for tapping. See section 7, page 7.3.
