to oil belts and boards
Belts and boards must be oiled to maximize tool life. The roller oiler has two felt rollers that are lubricated separately. The oil is distributed evenly over the entire roller length by a perforated hollow shaft (refer to the diagram). The felt rollers have ball bearings and can be replaced if worn.
The springs on the side ensure a uniform pressure on the felt rollers, even for different sheet metal thicknesses.
All roller oilers are suitable for use with the BMT-dosing unit.
