A piece of pipe comes alive when the Sommer Technik "pipe vacuum ejector" DF is installed. Compressed air is blown through an annular gap and off it goes. You now can transport items from one place to another at an incredible speed - with low air consumption. One could get the idea to replace a robot with it and use the DF as a handling unit.
The DF has a robust housing and no movable parts, making it suitable for heavy duty tasks. Also available as DF-T-version with inside threading on both ends.
For your special needs (food industry, explosion-risk area, etc.) we can also deliver the DF is a specific material, such as e.g. stainless steel (AISI 303, 304, 316, 316L), PVC, or Delrin. Delivery times and prices upon request.
