Measuring device / insulation resistance
250 - 5 000 V | MIC-5000
Measured physical value:
MIC-5000 Digital insulation resistance meter is EN IEC 61557 standard compliant and is used for direct measurements of insulation resistance in power cables, transformers, electric motors and other power devices and equipment. Furthermore it enables measurement of DC and AC voltages as well as low voltage measurement of low resistances. A circuitry fitted with all test terminals of the instrument protects this device from damage in case the mains voltage appear on the input. For insulation resistance measurement test, voltage can be set in the range between 250 V and 5000 V with 50 V or predefined 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000 V, intervals with accuracy of (Robc [Ω] ≥ 1000*UN [V]): 0 + 10% of the set value. It determines on -line insulation resistance measurement or leakage current and automatic discharge of tested object’s capacitance after measurement of insulation resistance. It allows direct measurement of one or two absorption coefficients.
