Sonic Corp. manufactures a number of bench top solutions for the lab. The Bench Top Sonolator is our most popular and versatile, offering you many benefits. By using a combination of high-pressure and ultrasonic cavatation the Sonolator will produce stable and uniform emulsions and dispersions instantaneously.

The bench top processing system is available in modules starting with the premixing station consisting of a rotary gear feed pump and feed vessel with lid. The vessel can be jacketed with a temperature control unit. It’s also equipped with a lab mixer disperser for blending your ingredients prior to homogenization with the Sonolator.

A stainless steel cart enabling the system to be portable is available as an option. Yours can be fully automated with a PLC/HMI. Capable of capacities of 1-4 liters and pressures up to 2500 PSI the Sonolator is easily scalable from lab to pilot or production since the system performs on pressure. Flow rates and pressures are simply controlled with the orifice. Results are repeatable and consistent as long as the optimum pressure is maintained.
