The RotoMill has a superior design, having a proven and patented multi-angular rotor and stator (on 3-inch sizes on up). The angles have the effect with a single pass, as several passes through an ordinary colloid mill. These also retard the flow through the working surfaces and interrupt a quick spiral pattern of flow produced by these angular surfaces. The adjusted position can be opened more with this style and will not require frequent attention or re-adjusting. Output is cooler, resulting in longer life of the rotor and stator, and duplication of the same quality and particle size is easily reproduced.
The horizontal designed RotoMill has fewer parts to wear out and replace, are easiest and most convenient type to disassemble, handle, clean, and reassemble. Mechanical seals take only minutes to replace.
Sizes range from lab to production scale units. Options include pressure feed, variable speed, and different compositions of rotors and stators for use in any commercial application, including stainless steel for food, beverage, or pharmaceutical as well as stones for chemical, paint, coating, etc.
