The multiple-feed processing capability of the Sonolator system offers a host of benefits for its users. Most beneficial of all is that this allows more efficient use of existing tank space. For example, if water were a primary ingredient and took up as much as 75% of your mixture within a 100 gallon tank; by removing most or perhaps all of the water and by feeding it separately and directly from it’s source to the Sonolator, an increase in output of up to 400% is now realized. From that same 100-gallon tank you can now produce 400 gallons of product. Process time is controlled by the flow rate of the Sonolator system and the time it takes to prepare the 100-gallon premix phase. For example, a 40 GPM Sonolator system can process 400 gallons in 10 minutes, while delivering it downstream to a filling line or holding tank. You can also move toward saving space by using smaller tanks.

Multiple-feed is excellent for any multiple liquid application, like oil and water emulsions, wax emulsions, silicone emulsions, etc. By metering in separate process streams or phases, you have much better control over their ratios, reducing potential for errors and waste. Or by simply altering your feed ratios you can make various renditions of the same product.
