The ultrasonic sonotrodes manufactured by Sonic Italia work with every frequency and are compatible with any kind of standard or customized design. Thanks to our three decades of experience and the assistance of special 3D software, our mechanical department manufactures all ultrasonic horns in-house. We can come up with a personalized design for any client’s ultrasonic sonotrodes after an accurate examination of their purposed application and and the characteristics of the component that needs welding. The layout of each ultrasonic sonotrode and its soldering anvil is decided after our technical office finds out the materials, dimensions and geometry of the thermoplastic element. Our ultrasonic sonotrodes are available in half-wave, double and composite wavelength models.
