Sleeve labelling machine allowing partial / total application of a sleeve label onto product body, starting from a PVC, PET or OPS film

Characteristics
* Painted steel frame coated with an Aisi-304 iron sheet
* Aisi-304 single-track feeding belt conveyor.
* Film unwind system consisting of a reel holding mandrel and proper motor drive
* Film centering system by means of aluminium tapered cylinder, sized upon container to be processed
* Sleeve application on container by means of rubber-lined, motor-driven rollers with automatic centering.
* Data concerning film width can be set via the operator panel.
* Electric board: fitted on machine equipped with operator panel for data management.
* Production rate of max. 200 BPM
