Weld force is driven by an elctromagnet (controlled by a Head Generator
GTEM10) which allows to set the force at the electrodes during weld cycle.
Force is applied on a shaft from the electromagnic field which moves a mechanical assembly
in order to provide a parallele and symetric force. Tweezers are closed thanks to this system.
The opening of the tweezers is done by an air cylinder.
The gap of the two electrodes is adjustable from 0.5 to 8 mm. Opening and closing stroke
is also ajustable.
Excellente dynamic response time (less than 3 ms), no contact loss between the electrodes
and the parts during weldinf when the material collapse.
This twwezers can be set horizontaly.
