SPALECK Density Separators use linear vibration and are operated by two unbalance motors.
Density separators sever material according to their kinetic energy (ballistic trajectory) and grain shape differences. Due to the force of gravity on the slanted tables heavy and cubic materials fall downwards, while light and flat material on the slanted tables is conveyed upwards.
The combination of the inclination of the slanted tables, the vibration parameter settings and the flight characteristics of the material permits a high quality of separation.
The density separators are available in closed or open design. The slanted tables can be surface treated.
