When configured for end-to-end transfer, the gap can be as small as:
* 50 mm (1.97") when used with a conveyor that has plain chain
* 10 mm (0.39") when used with a SpanTech raised top chain conveyor (in conjunction with feed-off fingers)
* 8 mm (0.32") when configured for right-angle transfer
