The Malahide E4-PC Thin Card Machine is built to handle hot stamping of paper and plastic cards that are less than 20/1000″ thick. The E4-PC is commonly used to apply foil stamped graphics, security holograms, signature strips, sequential numbers, and scratch-off patches. The Malahide E4-PC has been designed to professionally apply four principal foil stamping applications, including: foil stamped graphics, scratch-off patches, signature strips and holograms. The Malahide E4-PC is manufactured to meet the world standards and requirements of OSHA and European CE while quietly running at speeds of up to 5,000 impressions per hour. This machine is known for it’s smooth operation while applying fast and accurate hot stamps.
