This system solves any anchoring issues for machining processes on the tubes and guarantees superior hold. The product offers solutions for round and square tubes and is available in a wide range of sizes. BENEFITS: - Fits on tubes with ample internal diameter tolerances. Thanks to the elasticity of the crowns, the system allows the same item code to be used for various internal diameters (up to 2mm) adapting to production warping and solving issues of possible internal diameter bottlenecks caused by tube welding. - Design does not damage or alter the shape of the receiving material, guaranteeing total compliance with aesthetic criteria. - Easy to fit and cost effective. The press-in fit, to be made with gradual and progressive thrust, is fast and easy plus it allows eliminating the traditional and expensive assembly processes by welding and staking. CAUTION: avoid heat and galvanic processes or other heat-based systems after CROWN-NUT has been inserted, as they could be detrimental for the product specifications.
