Digital MEMS accelerometer
Spectrum Sensors

Spectrum Sensors & Controls now offers digital accelerometers, formerly from Summit Instruments, in three configurations: triaxial, biaxial and uniaxial. Based on MEMS technology, these digital accelerometers are easily configurable and can be set up for each unique application, making them ideal for applications where parameters are constantly changing or unknown. All signals are digitized internally via A/D converters, resulting in a true digital signal that can be directly input into your computer. An internal temperature sensor allows for more sophisticated temperature corrections with sampling speeds up to 42,500 samples/sec/channel. Additionally, Spectrum's digital accelerometers can be connected to a larger measurement system or used alone, with powerful software available for configuration.
