Pneumatic series This series offers the advantage of toggle action (in case of pressure drop the tool remains locked) along with the possibilities of penumatic tools, i.e.: Costant Fs force independently on the operator; Possibility to work with several devices at the same time; Possibility to monitor from different positions; Remote control performed also by machines; Various types are fitted with magnetic cylinders that enable positioning control with no contact requirements to obtain, on particular condition electric monitoring pulses. The pneumatic series comprises vertical and push clamps with Fs forced tanging from 50 to 240 daN. and the Fh forces from 70 to 450 daN, for light models; and Fs from 340 to 430 daN. and Fh from 1000 to 2000 daN. for heavy models. A filter group is recommended for a long lifetime and good running of cylinders, while control flux are suggested to preserve the mechanical members. Feed pressure: 2-6 Bar. Environmetal temperature: -30°C + 80°C. The Fs pointed out in the catalogue have been taken with a pressure of 4 Bar. Specifications light series: components in UNI 5867 case-hardening sheet steel. Hardening and tempered supporting pivots. Supporting bushes (from 200 daN. over), undergo case-hardening and grinding. heavy series: main unit in chemi-black UNI ISO 1083 iron cast. Other parts are galvanized UNI 5105 (weldable). Pivots undergo case-hardening and grinding. Double thrust cylinder with adjustable damping. The items of this series have been designed to be easily disassembled: the pivots are fixed axially by seeger rings. Once disassembled, the clamping lever can be adjusted or reshaped to personal requirements.
