This SPIROL vertical installation machine is suitable for moderate to high production that requires up to 300 lbs of installation force. It has a retractable pin insertion head attached on a shaft / linear bearing arrangement that swings up and down to deliver convenience in loading and unloading parts needed to be assembled. It also has machine insertion bushing that is mounted near to the part for trouble-free installation. In addition, this machine has a two-position trap door that enables convenient clear-out of feed tube without needing any tool.
