SK Series SprayDry nozzles produce a hollow cone spray pattern with a very uniform drop size distribution. They also offer a choice of drop sizes that are controlled by the nozzle's capacity and pressure. SK nozzles are suitable for use in all types of spray dryers, flow systems and open- and closed-cycle installations.
* Choose from 145 interchangeable orifice insert/core combinations
* Capacity sizes from 3.9 to 151 gph at 1000 psi (14.9 to 576 l/hr at 70 bar) (based on spraying water)
* Spray angles from 45° to 90°
* Larger capacity orifice insert/core combinations can be used at lower pressures to minimize nozzle and pump wear
* Maximum pressure is 7000 psi (450 bar)
